America is at a crossroad, and we do not speak of this lightly. Founded as a loose confederation, then to a Constitutional Republic, then into a Democracy, we are now at the terminus of our journey, as an Empire. We make this statement with clarity of thought, no empire in world history succeeded but for a short time. The exception is perhaps Egypt, but their geographic isolation and time in history was the reason for their longevity. In today's world such isolation is no longer possible. There will not be a Pax-Americana we will be bankrupt long before any such happening. In 2004 America has military garrisons located in over 100 nations, more than did Rome. One of the primary reasons that empires crumble is because of their relentless wars of expansion and occupation that remove large segments of the male population from the society, thus weakening it. The second reason is unparalleled immigration both legally and illegally, an act that dilutes the homogeneity of the communal families that make up any society. By first removing eligible and productive males, and replacing them with undereducated immigrants of differing culture the entire society begins to internally collapse. The immigrants are particularly required because most Anglo Saxons have bought into the feminist crap that being a mother and homemakers is somehow demeaning, and that birth control is an obligation. We are the first race of people (Anglo Saxons) who have been duped primarily by Zionist agitators to commit racial suicide. Our judicial morons under the influence of outside forces have found the right within our founding documents that murdering children is a constitutionally granted right. And that only by force of government edict can we attain racial harmony and that pornography is a first amendment right. And that only by bussing the mentally deficient and or handicapped can any form of racial accord and equality be reached, naturally through bi-lingual education. Euthanasia is bound to follow here, as it already has in Holland. Without new replacement of children the aged can not be cared for because the politicians Ponzi scheme of social security fund has been looted from day one, thus we now need immigrants to pay SS tax so that they pay for our retirement. In England, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, America, and Canada the birth replacement rate, for whites, is also below maintenance levels. The last presidential election was a farce. Meaningful candidates were arrested (1) at the St. Louis debate (propaganda party) and the two Republocrat candidates who belong to the same secret satanic organization (The Order) were left to spin their lies. Lie they did on a scale so monumental that it boggles the mind. Our Presidential Debate commission that is totally funded by NGO's and staffed by three Republicans and three Democrats preventing by force of law the assertion of any third party in any significant participation of elections. That there is no real difference between the two ruling parties should at this point be apparent to all. Consider foreign policy; both parties support NAFTA and its expansion to FTAA. Both vowed to maintain the same foreign policy in regards to the Middle East. Both support troop concentration in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Both support the continuation of deficit spending. Both support the expansion of the Middle East war into Iran as well as Syria. Both support the theft of social security trust funds. Both support ever-larger centralized government. Both support the unconstitutional departments of education, labor, energy, homeland security, and have even just this winter voted an expansion of intelligence gathering by voting for a bill of over 3,000 pages that none have read. Executive appointments in Justice, Homeland Security, and cabinet positions are almost totally Zionists who in fact hold dual nationality with Israel, all having been legislatively approved. At the front of citizens rights congress enacted 18 USC 242 immediately after the War of Northern Aggression. This statute made it a crime for government officials to deprive citizen's rights "under the color of law". In other words it restricted government employees from using existing laws as a vehicle to deprive anyone of constitutionally granted rights. Enforcement of this law has sunk to a new low since enactment of the Patriot Act. Prosecution under the statue has declined by 98.7%. To be more specific as of 2004, 230 cases of violation of 18 USC 242 was made, 227 were declined, and three were convictions. In various other laws governing government violations declined cases run from 61% down to 7%. A declined prosecution rate of over 98% is unheard of. From 1986 to 2003 there were 43,311 cases reported 42,641 were turned away 423 were convicted and 267 were pronounced innocent of charges. Since enactment of the Patriot Act all cases brought to the federal court in Sacramento CA and Springfield IL were declined 100% of them. Citizen's rights to information under FIA (Freedom of Information Act) are also being ignored, as is enforcement of this law. The Department of State routinely violates this law in not responding or stonewalling. Even their in house ombudsman does not respond to letters. While the Department of Justice under whose preview enforcement rests, simply turns the matter back to the agency against which the irregularity and violation was made. I defy anyone to obtain a response to a request relating to FTAA from the State Department. What we see here is a systemic violation of law by government bureaucracy an example that may be seen in all empires. This is also confirmed by the treatment of POW's in Iraq and in Cuba where the International Red Cross reports (2) that America is now using torture and sexual perversion as tools of conviction. What can you expect when your only ally is Israel who has been using such illegal methods for decades, and has even supplied teachers of such actions to us. The empire grows, not only in size but also in depravity. Now we learn that Bush (The Lesser) desires to pay all Mexicans who have worked in America Social Security benefits, well after all why not, his pension is assured and not funded by SS. Our immigration and border control fiasco is typified by Bush's proposal to give all the illegal immigrants citizenship. That apparently includes the reported by Justice 34.000 convicted felons, whom they asked to be deported. (3) We have virtually open borders with Mexico, while the Canadian border is guarded diligently. Perhaps this is because almost all illicit drugs are imported through Mexico, and heaven forbid the powers to be don't want that gravy train derailed. The illicit drug business is doing very well ever since we militarily straightened out the supply problem brought on by the Taliban; Afghanistan is back to being the number one heroin producer in the world. Empires are not citizen friendly; they worship the altar of bureaucracy. Every day this becomes more apparent in America. Huge sections of police has been federalized, airport security, and Homeland security that now boasts over 180,000 federally armed agents, all this is totally predicable, I in fact predicted it in my books in the 90's.* The sad situations will now develope whereby the seeds of empire will come home to roost. All empires establish their home position by promising the Populi anything and everything that can be granted, and all this for free they say. This is pure socialism and it is the preferred vehicle of the political establishment to win re-election, and stay in power. Unfortunately the reality is that government produces nothing, and operates on borrowed money then levying taxes on the Populi that in many cases seem to believe that all goods and graces emanate from the nations capital. The reason for the development of these large police forces is not security as the citizens of Italy, Germany, Argentina, Spain and Portugal, and the evil empire, learned in the '20's, and '30's; these forces become a necessity when government finds itself unable to deliver on the promised goods and service's, resulting in internal strife and revolution.America is in the process of collapsing into a totalitarian construct by which a small number of wealthy business executive plutocrats through NGO's rule the roost. Why are the "Systems" (Republocrats) so enamored with ever larger and more centralized police forces? They realize that in the near future the government will be totally bankrupt. They also understand that in order to maintain their gratuitous lifestyle they will need some bullies to keep the unhappy citizens in line. To do this they have federalized and armed virtually every unconstitutionally established federal agency's personnel, and are actively engaged in training them as well as much of our military to oppose their own people. They have also created bogymen to blame for their inability to provide the services promised that is the patriot and nationalist movements and terrorism. Are you not enraged when you see federal and local police dressed in black and wearing ski masks to hide their identify? Are you not angered when a peaceful protest against one of the multinational confabs are attacked by police forces, attacking the very people who are paying their salaries? Are you passive as our currency is devalued at an astounding rate 11.6% vs. the Euro, Swiss Frank, and British Pound in three years? Do you understand the implications of the rise of gold, silver and palladium of 27.1% in the same three years? Do you understand that while the bankers who hold the paper (4) the Fed is getting fatter by the day while all the rest of us are getting poorer? How do you feel about a war of empire in Iraq? What do you think about the Neo-Con Zionists in control of our foreign policy? How do you feel about Bush's open border policy with Mexico, and his planned amnesty for illegal's? What do you think about the prospect of millions of illegal immigrants being given citizenship? How do you feel about our tax-rate, which has now reached 49.2% of the average citizens income? Obviously I could go on page after pageÉ.we all understand that something is seriously amiss. The crossroad or perhaps intersection we have arrived at on the turn of the 21st century will impact our society dramatically over the near as well as the far future. America has ceased to be a nation governed by a republican concept and is instead managed by a draconian federal bureaucracy situated in Washington DC. Political impute by the legislative branch as well as the people has only minimal impact on governance. Consider that the most dramatic legislatively enacted laws; The Patriot Act, Homeland Security Act, NAFTA, and the 2004 reform of the CIA & NSA, and no member of the Senate or House has read this legislation of over 25,000 pages before entering their approving vote for it, we know this because the government printing office did not publish the documents until after they were voted on and then back-dated them. It is now routine for NGO's in complicity with the bureaucracies to invent legislation pass it on to the congress who then approves it and makes it law without even having an inkling as to what its about. The most dramatic case of this may be found in NAFTA (5) which has resulted in the loss of over 7 million manufacturing jobs replacing them with 40% lower paying service sector jobs, and the Patriot Act that violates the first, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eight, and tenth part of the bill of Rights. Do you understand that as you read this document the congress is about to enact a national ID card containing biometric data and that any individual who opts out of this system will not be allowed to drive a car or fly in an airplane. And that enforcement by federal state mandate is to be imposed by withholding funds from any state in non-compliance. As of 2004 government employees counting state and federal and certain semi-government jobs like schoolteacher's account for just fewer than 50% of the total employed population. This does not bode well for a [republic?]. Once federal, state and county employees exceed 50% of the workforce, something we may anticipate in the very near future we will go the same way as Rome only a lot faster. Rome at least collected tribute from their conquered territories, and had reasonably strong leadership; we on the other hand send conquered regions money, and have neo-cons for leaders. That then naturally leads us to our national debt, which has skyrocketed into the trillions. Let's just face facts; we do not have leadership like Augustus Cesar, Cicero, or Claudius ours are more like Goofy, Mickey and Donald Duck. Leadership, or more precisely the lack of it is one of our major problems. In the entire Western World we do not see one single individual who is qualified to be called great. Rather we see a sad bunch of slackers whose primary interest is not the well-being of the state or its citizens but rather their own self-enrichment and slopping at the government trough of state benefits. If you doubt this or wish to dispute it, consider then the fact that in the last three years our federal legislators have increased their own pay by just under $ 10,000. while giving social security beneficiaries an astronomical $ 12.00 and VA employees have received their first 4.5% pay rise in three years. If we as a society do not immediately reign in our government and begin downsizing it, our children will suffer a bankruptcy of the state, which is always preempted by massive inflation of the fiat money. The fact that our various federal agencies continuously lie about inflation, the CPI, and employment, is a fact we have lived with since the Wilson administration, but that has been greatly accelerated since the Clinton administration. Unemployment is at present just over 11%; if however we brought our entire serving National Guard home it would be over 15%. The CPI index is reported as a percentage; from the compilation of consumer prices the cost of housing, energy, and taxes have been removed from the calculation of those figures. These are the three items that have demonstrated the largest growth since 1992. Inflation, which can only be caused by government or the people controlling the currency, which in America is the FRS (6) has been rising to about 30% in the last ten years. When the Euro was introduced a few short years ago it cost $.87 cents, at last reckoning in Jan. 2005 its up to $ 1.32, if that's not inflation then pray tell me what shall we call it? The American dollar will be replaced by another currency (probably the Euro) as the world reserve currency within the next three years; this means that we will be forced to purchase that currency to pay for imports including oil. It will signal the demise of America. Rumor in fact has it that Iran has been demanding Euros in payment for oil. Which is the true reason why we are establishing an aggressive attitude to Iran. To save America we have only a very narrow choice of options. These include: brining all our troops home immediately. Eliminate foreign aid. Eliminate the federal departments of; Education, Energy, Homeland Security, EPA, HHS, DHUD, Department of Labor, Department of Transportation, FDA, and BATF. All other agencies should be reduced in size by two thirds. We must disband the FRS and take the issuance of coin back to our legislature. We must out of the savings pay down the national debt to zero and then pay back all the moneys stolen from Social Security, the patent office, the highway trust fund, and all the other agencies of government that have seen their marrow turned over to the general fund. The troops we bring home are to be decommissioned with the exception of those professional military that is to be employees guarding our southern borders. Our State department must be freed from all the outside influences, including any dual nationals, and the CFR (7) that now control its actions. The separation of Powers doctrine must be returned to our government.
