Executive Orders:
Every American must understand that all issued by the executive
branch of government Executive Orders (EO's) do not carry the
force of law.
1. The words executive order does not appear in the Constitution,
the Bill of Rights or in any other foundation document of the
Republic.
2. The Constitution is explicit:
Article I Section 1: All legislative
Powers herein granted shall
be vested in a congress of the United
States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.
3. Original EO's by all presidents prior to FDR did not deal
with law, or the making of law, they dealt with matters of executive
administration.
4. From FDR forward EO's have been used illegally to make
law.
5. The citizens of the republic need not obey laws illegally
instituted.
6. Duties of the president are outlined in:
Article II Section 2 Paragraph 2: He shall have Power with the Advice and Consent of the Senate .
. .
Article II Section 3: He shall from time to time give to the
congress Information of the state of the Union, and recommend
to their consideration such measures
as he shall judge necessary and expedient. . . .
The above quoted sections
of the constitution clearly and decisively prohibit the executive
branch of government form making law. It is your duty as a citizen
of the Republic to demand compliance with the laws of the land
from your elected officials.
