The BBC recently aired a very powerful documentary produced by a highly respected journalist. The Powers of Nightmares: The Rise of the Politics of Fear is a three-hour long historical documentary and was produced by Adam Curtis for the British Broadcast Corp. Naturally it is not as of this date available in America, nor may release be expected any time soon. Commenting of the American CIA and British M 1-5's produced bogyman the documentary clearly states; "The nightmare vision of a uniquely powerful hidden organization waiting to strike our societies is an illusion. Wherever one looks for this Al Quaeda organization, from the mountains of Afghanistan to the "sleeper cells" in America, the British and Americans are chasing a phantom enemy". To which I would like to add: Can you imagine a group of over 65 year old clerics living in caves in the mountains of Afghanistan or Pakistan, where cell phones do not work, but using cell phones,* organizing the most complicated aircraft hijacking in history involving well over 100 participants on three continents?

For a very long time I have felt that the entire Al Qaeda scenario to be a fabrication of people within government that have an ulterior motive. Remember the Reichtagfeur used by the Nazi government to institute many restrictive laws and ordinances. Ploys like that proliferate world history. From time immemorial governments have created phantom enemies to justify the expansion of police powers and to curtail the freedom of its citizens. In our time this has resulted in such odious actions as the American Patriot Act, which violates the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, & 10th Amendments to the Constitution, that we call our Bill of Rights. And the Homeland Security Act that violates the 10th amendment and about half of the U.S. Constitution.

Consider now the fact that all acts of terrorism in the last three years were either committed by Middle Eastern foreigners or in collusion with agents of various American police agencies. Then note that every single implemented law or statute is not directed at either foreigners or federal police agencies but against the average American citizen.

If you were heading Homeland Security and were in all honesty concerned with the safety of Americans within the borders of their own country, would not your first act be protection of the borders? Instead we have a border on our southern flank that is so porous as to allow 4000 illegals entry to our country every month. The immigration department of Homeland Security has been ordered to deport 34,000 illegal immigrants convicted of felonies that they claim they are unable to find. Illegal immigrants today account for about 13 million, all of which should be deported, many of which are Orientals and Middle Easterners. Our president has proposed that we improve their status and allow them to stay and rewarding them with citizenship or at least valid drivers licenses. Instead of action against assumed terrorists Americans are subjected to body searches when traveling, insulted by mindless moronic bureaucrat police, and assailed by them at every opportunity. Babies and old ladies in wheelchairs are searched and treated in exactly the same manner as 16 to 35 year old Arabs. Racal profiling aside these politically motivated acts are in fact a form of Cultural Marxism.

We have been at war as declared by the Neo-Con Zionists for several years. We have over 3,000 prisoners languishing is various jails in and out of America. Not one single proven fact relating to any Al Qaeda has been presented anyplace. If you have seen any proof of the existence of this phantom organization please do advice the rest of us. On the contrary one of the major reasons given for the war with Iraq was their link to Al Qaeda, well we all know this was a lie, as well as Yellow Cake from Niger, mobile weapons labs, chemical and bacteriological weapons, intermediate continental missiles, and an entire plethora of lies.

Now we learn that not satisfied with the total control of our department of State policy wing by the Neo-Cons that the most powerful police position in America (Homeland Security) with about 180,000 armed police agents and 22 different federal agencies is to be turned over to a rabid Zionist, and son of a rabbi, Michael Chertoff. Worse yet as a trained lawyer, Chertoff is schooled in an adversarial form of management (law) not suitable for running such a gargantuan enterprise. All Zionists in congress may be expected to champion his cause, Senator Lieberman (D. CT.), and Schumer (D. NY.) have already endorsed him. George (The Lesser) Bush without question is now a puppet of Jerusalem. What do we know about Chertoff; for starters Mark Farrell claims that in the arrest of Matt Hale Chertoff was implicated in massive "entrapment and fraud" in the case against Hale. Pro Caucasian Chester Doles had false gun charges brought against him while Chertoff was in charge. Numerous individuals who were exposing Mossad actions in various venues were falsely prosecuted, imprisoned, and persecuted under his watch. In fact his record would indicate that Chertoff is much more interested in prosecuting patriots, and Caucasian supporters and opponents of Israel then any terrorists.

According to Steve Brill in his book, After, Chertoff missed no opportunity to violate the constitutional rights of detainees, to A Speedy Trial, The Right To Bail, The Right to Jury Trial, The Right to a Hearing, The right to Face their Accusers, The Right to Seek Legal Council, in other words violation of the entire constitution. Accuracy in Media claims that he was involved in the cover-up of information relating to TWA Flight 800. Independent Judiciary claims he was responsible for " dangerous curtailment to free speech and the rights of criminal [charged but not convicted] defendants". With a brief he authored (in Chavez vs. Martinez) he presented the argument that there was no right to be free of coercive police questioning by any citizen charged. in other words it was OK for police to torture arrestees. This single brief gives us insight into an individual whose concepts of our constitution are vacuous. Because he was heavily involved in authoring of the Patriot Act the American Civil Liberties Union, who usually rubber stamps people of his ilk, has only suggested that congress need to grill him on these issues.

Chertoff was directly responsible for the release of 200 Israeli Mossad agents posing as art students letting them are repatriated to Israel without trial, or charges being brought. This was directly after 9-11. At about the same time and under his watch he had 762 non-Jew foreigners of Middle East extraction arrested, not one of them was charged with anything relating to terrorism but Justice held them all.

Not only do we not want Chertoff we do not want any other pro Israeli that places Israel's interest before to those of America. Call your congressman today.
