It is distressing that years after the demise of the evil empire bogus theories developed by the Soviet propaganda and dis-information service, the KGB would still represent a major force in Western environmental policy. Global warming was the product of Soviet dis-information science with the specific purpose of stagnating Western industrial production by the application of schlock science. This was applied by Western environmental movements, which they successfully infiltrated.

What is much more troubling is that a vast majority of our politicians and civil servants support this rubbish. In fact Disneyland on the Potomac is rife with supporters of global warming theories. The fact that over 4000 scientists have issued statements contradicting this fairy tale is unreported by mainstream media whose journalists are hard pressed to understand any science whatever.

The original global warming theory (unproven) originated in Soviet Russia, its research having been totally funded by the KGB. As was always the case with KGB research on any open topic it came with the outcome pre-determined. In other words the developers were informed that there was global warming due to western industrialization; now you provide us with a computer model to prove it! They came upon a way in which this could be successfully done, which was quite ingenious. They measured the temperature all over the world but only on land, not one measurement was taken over water or at the Polar Regions. Thus when comparing previous date which took into account the 2/3rds water surface of the earth there was, miraculously, global warming.

In the early nineties this theory was exposed and thus eliminated by serious people. The environmental movement by this time heavily infiltrated by socialist elements required global warming as one of the primary tools for their financial support. It is only by crying wolf loudly that you can get people to fund, and support your cause. Thus in opposition to science they wanted a continuation of this theory and expansion of related fiction for financial reasons. This is when we began to hear about hothouse gases, CO2, you know the gas you exhale and plants inhale. The largest producer in North America is Yellowstone National Park at 40,000 tones per year. Number two is termites. Man-made total production of CO2 in North America is 4% of the total produced by nature. If in fact we turned off every automobile, power station, and truck in America the resulting impact on CO2 production would be negligible. Then came acid rain a topic that seems to have disappeared into obscurity. This may well be the case because almost all acid in lakes of the northeast is the product of natural forest action and not a man made event.

Serious scientists like S. Fred Singer (Hot Talk Cold Science) and the past president of the National Academy of Science Frederick Seitz clearly state; "We do not at present have convincing evidence of any significant climate changes from other than natural causes." In other words the theory that any change in climate of temperature is man caused is false.

The latest and perhaps most successful environmental schlock science has been through the use of animals as environmentally endangered by man. We all remember the Spotted Owl fiasco, and the lie that this was an endangers species that could only live in "old forests". The entire lie was exposed in 1999 when over 50 mating pairs were located in the San Francisco bay area including one in Golden Gate Park. The sawmills put out of business and the thousands of jobs lost were ignored. Well how about the snail darter some obscure useless sub specie, or the endangered rat, which caused millions of dollars in fire damage in southern California because the EPA refused to allow fire break construction. Just at this moment we have over 40 huge forest fires in the Pacific Northwest simply due to prohibiting sensible forest harvesting. It seems that these environmentalists prefer forest fires to the harvesting of wood for man's use. North America today has more forest than it did the day Columbus landed. The simple reason for this is that property owners and man are better stewards of their land than is Mother Nature.

This thus bring us to the reason for it all. As previously mentioned the socialists took over the environmental movement decades ago. Per example in Germany the merging of Die Bunten u. Die Guenen (the gay's and the Greens) with Buentniss 90 the East German communist controlled environmental movement and the SPD Sozialistische Partei Deutschland (Socialist Party Germany) into the presently ruling coalition that runs the German government under the SPD banner. The present mantra of this movement is the elimination of the ownership of private property worldwide. This is socialist/communist by its very concept. What we are seeing is a huge war by this movement that has during the Clinton administration successfully added millions upon millions of acres of land to federal government, and that there is no constitutional mandate for the government to hold. Rural property owners are under continuous assault by federal authority supported and egged on by the environmental movement and education establishment with literally hundreds of program mandates, which seek control or ownership of lands held by private citizens. While all the time supported by an active media. The majority of the city dwellers, media journalist and government agents that support this nonsense would be terrified if they spent one night alone in the woods, and are for the most part incapable of growing a tomato plant. Let us examine some of the more stupid requests made of the national park service in Virginia:

• Escalators would be helpful on steep up-hill sections
• Trails need to be reconstructed please avoid seep inclines
• Please pave trails so that they can be plowed in winter
• Chair lifts need to be constructed so that we can see the wonderful views without hiking up the hills
• Coyotes make to much noise at night; please eradicate these annoying creatures
• We need more signs to keep the area pristine
• The places where there are no trails are not well marked
• A wild animal ate my food could you fence these pests
