How much the planned war to conquer Iraq will cost is a very hot topic at the moment. Everyone from Yale professor Nordhouse to Humpty Dumpty have been pontificating on the cost of the intended war and the resulting requirement to re-build Iraq and the act of "Nation Building" Iraq into an obedient "New World Order" dupe. Estimates have been running between 1.4 and 2 trillion dollars for the full war. Naturally with complete implementation of "Free Trade" so that the corporate megaliths will be able to premeditatedly rape their economy as they have ours. One need not think that Iraq will be the end of it, there's N. Korea, Syria, Iran, and who knows what others? To place it all into perspective let us examine the total amount either pledged or already given funds to two nations, one as a bribe the other as perpetual pay-offs without any causal rationale. Turkey is to receive $ 15 billion and Israel already has their $15 billon. The average American earns about $ 100. Per day, that's of course before taxes, or $36,000.00 annually. Taxes cost the average American family about 49.20% of their income, which reduces their net income to about $18,000.00. Now in the case of Turkey we can work out exactly what we plan to pay per U.S. soldier to station 62,000 men in Turkey for six months. Bear in mind that this is only the bribe to place our troops in that country, whose overwhelming majority of 89% is opposed to the war. The price tag based on six months per soldier works out to $ 1,322.00 per day per soldier, or a total of $241,935.00 per soldier for the duration of the six month campaign. Naturally this clearly points out that none in Disneyland on the Potomac can add, or negotiate, never mind, playing poker. The average American will have to work 26 years and 6 months to equal that based on the present income after tax rate. In the case of Israel the situation is far worse. Israel has the 16th highest standard of living in the world, why we continue pumping over $20 billion into that country every year remains the greatest enigma in existence. We all understand that Israel operates the largest political lobby in Washington, a goodly portion of which is financed by our own foreign aid to that state, but this is simply no longer economically bearable for America. It's also worth mentioning that the entire Israeli lobbying effort is illegal because it is not registered as a foreign lobby, something required by our laws. As I mention just before the amount already given is $ 15 billion. Now Israel has a population of six million, if we now work the numbers we are paying Israel the equivalent amount of exactly half of American's average annual gross income per capita, or in reality the amount of the pay that the average American is allowed to keep as after taxes. That's $18,000.00 for every Israeli alive. I will not hesitate to point out that such funds are only distributed to Jews in Israel; their Christian and Muslim population can go scratch. This results in Jewish Israeli getting about $ 22,000.00 of American foreign aid per person. As Strom Thurmond once so aptly put it; a billon here and a billion there and in no time it adds up to some real money. So we are up to $ 30 billion and we have not paid for any munitions, smart bombs, or fuel. Estimates by the pundits claim a short war will cost between $90 and $ 160 Billion. Then the first three months of occupation and restoring the basic infrastructure will cost about $ 50 billion, and that a prolonged presence, which is anticipated my well be in the realm of $700 billion. So over the next say five years we are looking at a minimum of about $ 400 billions. Bearing in mind that Emperor George's present budget deficit is already at the $ 400 billion projected for 2004 point this will mean a prolonged budget deficit at least 5 years into the future. Factually $ 800 billion in 2004 and then $200 billion for 05, 06, 07, and 08, before any other deficit or consideration. The first year will be the largest single year deficit in American history, and combined with our collapsing economy does not bode well for our future. If we then get into a mess with North Korea which is beginning to look very likely..well you be the judge!
