To most Americans all of who have been brainwashed by Yankee propaganda President Lincoln was a wonderful national hero who also freed the slaves. This is what is and has been commonly taught in our public government schools. The fallacy of this mindset is directly related to Lincolns propaganda machine during his second term in office, and the procedure later to be called reconstruction. For those who dispute my contention I would suggest you read Lincolns first inaugural speech, which certainly contradicts the slave portion of the misinformation. Additionally his emancipation Proclamation freed only slaves in the Confederacy, not one in Yankeeland in hopes of a Negro uprising, which never came about. In fact many blacks served with distinction in the CSA. Likewise both Lincoln as well as Bush are Republicans. Lincoln like W. Bush represents a political desire for power far exceeding that of the executive as granted in the Constitution. Lincoln was an authoritarian lone wolf autocrat whose cabinet officers more often than not had no idea of what Lincoln planed, G.W. Bush seems to be made of the same metal. Both these presidents, above all desired more power over the people, congress and even judicial branches of government, then is authorized. Both picked cabinet officers whose loyalty above all is to a political party and an individual leader rather than to the nation Constitution and its people. Both have violated the Constitution and Bill of Right with impunity. Lincoln's attacks on the Democrat party were relentless, and often un-constitutional. Like Lincoln, Bush demagogues the Democrats continually. The fact that there is not a dimes worth of difference between these two parties, as was lucidly stated by George Wallace is as plain as the nose on ones face. We like to refer to them as the Republocrats, because in the 21st century they are not opposing philosophies or even of differing opinion, but rather a political system instituted for self-preservation and re-election. While Lincoln conducted his war against New York as well as the Confederacy Bush has taken on the entire nation, left right and center. Both these men accomplished the hatred of a majority of the citizenry, and for good reason. Both Lincoln and Bush suspended the writ of Habeas Corpus, the right to speedy trial, freedom of the press, and both stole his second term through marshal law in Lincoln's case and crooked vote counts in Bush's in numerous states including NY, Bush instituted the Patriot Act and Homeland Security Act, which jointly violate the constitution as well as the Bill of Rights. The press is in this century so controlled that the powers that bee need not worry of any attacks on their general policies. Lincoln was controlled by the industrialists of that century, and there is little doubt that multi-national corporations control G.W. Bush in the 21st century. Outside of the elected legislative offices most of who are also controlled by the very same people there is little left to the citizens. Bush and the Republocrats have so stacked the deck that no third party can even get on TV. The Presidential Debate Commission [PDC] is staffed by three Republicans and three Democrats who will not allow any third party candidate any forum. Opposing viewpoints like that of Congressman Dr. Ron Paul are marginalized by the media. The media supports this through propaganda of omission. Whereby not even legitimate news of the Constitution, Green, or America First parties are ever brought to light. Private funding of the PDC seals the bargain, the last things the financiers of the exercise need is more people to bribe. Bushes enactment of the Patriot Act represents a departure of accepted governance in America no less drastic than Lincoln's suspension of Habeas Corpus or the Bush inspired preemptive war. Patriot Act one was about 85 pages long. According to Congressman Dr. Ron Paul (R. TX) no member of congress was allowed to read the law before the vote. It in fact was not published until weeks later. Any congressman who votes for anything that he has not personally examined should be impeached. Violations of the Bill of Rights by Patriot Act one are: Amendment 1, Amendment 4, Amendment 5, Amendment 6, Amendment 8, Amendment 9, and Amendment 10. In other words the entire Bill of Rights with the exception of the Second, Third, and seventh amendments. Not satisfied with that outrage we are now to be imbibed with Patriot Act II. Bush's FBI director is pushing this act; you remember the agency that knew nothing of 9-11. No less a pundit than William Safire pronounced Patriot as "seizing dictatorial power" in the NY Times. What do we know about Patriot II? The proposed law is 87 pages long and is accompanied with a 33-page analysis. The new name is "The Domestic Security Enhancement Act. The document is stamped CONFIDENTIAL- NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION. Bush's Justice department crafted it. When you read it you begin to immediately understand why they want this document under wraps, for if the people found out what was in it there would be an uprising like this nation has not seen since the war of northern aggression. The second patriot act is anything but patriotic. It is the same type of power that Caesar, Stalin, Mussolini and Hitler obtained from their legislative government before they dissolved them. It guts the entire Bill of Rights, reorganizes the entire government and provided FEMA, and the Department of Justice along with Homeland security powers that not even Stalin had. It is by definition as well as structure the very conceptualization of dictatorship. The bulk of the law has nothing to do with terrorism but is instead a power grab by the federal government of rights delegated to the individual states and citizens. Section 501 per example states that; "any action that endangers human life that is a violation of any state or federal law" defines the committing individual as an "enemy combatant" Any citizen may under this law be arrested without warrant, held indefinitely, not charged and not even know his accuser. Section 201 makes it a crime for any government employee or citizen to divulge the whereabouts of any incarcerated person for any reason. Section 301 is the terrorist identification database. Any citizen can be placed on that list under the accusation of any member of the government. Section 312 grants immunity to all government operatives from any and all charges that may be brought against them. Section 103 grants government to use of wartime martial law powers domestically and internationally without congressional declaration of war. Section 109 allows secret courts and suppressed trials. Section 110 removes the sunset (5 year) clause from Patriot Act I and makes it permanent. Section 402 Claims that there is no governmental requirement to demonstrate that an arrestee intended any terrorist act, only that he intended to aid and abet any government claimed terrorist. Section 122 allows citizens surveillance without due process or court order. Section 126 eliminates all privacy. It grants to the department of Justice the absolute right to all banking, correspondence, health information, and library records. Purchases, Sales, Consignment, transactions, of all individuals, corporations' foundations, and trusts. Section 129 eliminates the protection of "Whistle Blowers" on all federal government agencies. Section 311 federalizes your local police department. (First federal act of Hitler when he became Chancellor) Section 312 authorizes foreign governments to spy on American citizens so long as they share information with our government. All this makes Lincoln a piker compared to Bush. After all Lincoln only fixed elections and temporarily declared marshal law. Patriot Act II is intended to be permanent. |
