Conspiracy: A combination or confederacy between two or more persons formed for the purpose of committing, by their joint efforts, some unlawful or criminal act, or some act which is innocent by itself, but becomes unlawful when done by concerted effort of the conspirators... Blacks Law Dictionary. If it's not a conspiracy then what is it?
Theory: A plan or scheme existing in the mind only, but based on principles verifiable by experiment or observation. Funk and Wagnals new standard dictionary. Proof is provided in the article! For a very long time now a popular constructed phrase has become part of our daily speech. The construct of the Tavistock Institute of the English Midlands fits right in with Gay, Assault Rifle, Cop killer bullet, homophobe and all the other language inventions made by that nefarious body. Conspiracy is no theory the word was added to conspiracy for the sole reason of then allowing the controlled media to ridicule anyone who claimed that our government, and a conspiratorial cabal runs the world. In my book The Satori and the New Mandarins '98 I listed several organizations that may be considered the administrators of the process. These included; The CFR, TC, RIIA, Bilderbergers, Club of Rome, Bones, The Round Table and the Bohemian Grove among others. I also list about 3900 individuals who are engaged in support of the conspiracy. The fact that none ever brought legal action against my publisher certainly proves the truthfulness of the book. Never once do I claim that there is a conspiracy, for there are ample cases of quotes by members of it claiming that very fact. In order to clarify my case I now place before you facts relating to a chronology of events and statement supporting the reasonable conclusion that a conspiracy in fact does exist. Another phrase is "The New World Order" This phrase has been in use since the French revolution having first been used by Napoleon Bonaparte, subsequently in historic order it was prominently used by: Benito Mussolini, Adolph Hitler, Franco, Salazar, Peron, and very notably George Bush Sr. The phrase "A thousand Points of Light" used on numerous occasions by G. Bush Sr. likewise is not new and stems from the Illuminist philosophy origination with Adam Weisshaupt (Illuminist name Spartacus) in 1778. The thousand points of light in fact refers to the thousand Illuminists that are to be the planned rulers of the N.W.O. when they attain power. Global, and "Sustained Development" are other phrases expressing this issue. Sustained Development is in fact the environmentalist's sword of societal control. The entire environmental movement having been taken over by the N.W.O. eons ago. In 1910 at a secret meeting held on Jekyll Island GA at the Jekyll Island Club (1) a group of millionaires met to discuss the implementation of the Federal Reserve act. These nine men in fact were to owners of one fourth of the entire world's wealth. These included senator Nelson Aldrich (RI) (2) Abraham Piatt Assistant Secretary of Treasury, Frank A. Vanderlip pres. Of the Nat. Bank of NY agents for Kuhn, Loeb, and Co. and William Rockefeller, Henry P Davison partner of J. P. Morgan Co. Charles D. Norton Pres of First Nat. Bank of NY and J.P. Morgan and Co. Benjamin Strong head of J. P. Morgan Bankers Trust of NY, and Paul M. Wartburg partner in Kuhn. Loeb & Co. and representative of the Rothschild banking empire, who's brother Max Wartburg was the head of the Wartburg banking empire in Germany and Holland. Paul Wartburg (Big Daddy Warbucks) wrote the entire Federal Reserve Act that was later on its second attempt past by congress in 1913. The act privatized the issuance of currency and the setting of value of the currency, with the Federal Reserve System a private consortium of NYC bankers that own over 52% of the stock in the FRS system, while other FRS bankers own the balance. The government does not own any shares. It created a monopoly of private banks that through this day control all maters relating to our money. Almost all of them were members of The Order. (3) In 1912 Col. Edward Mandrell House (who was in fact not really a col. in any proper sense) had a book published called Philip Dru Administrator It is a one world socialist fabrication (fictional book) along the general line of other such works as Orwell's Animal House. Like many such books (1984) and others it was an attempt to instill socialist totalitarian concepts on the general public. In 1913 just before the enactment of the Federal Reserve Act then sitting president Wilson said: "Since I entered Politics, I have chiefly had men's views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the U. S., in the fields of commerce and manufacturing, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked so complete and so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it." In 1919 at a meeting arranged by Col. House in England prominent British and American individuals created the RIIA (Royal Institute on International Affairs). Which was a forerunner of the CFR. In attendance among others was John Maynard Keynes the economist credited for the Keynesian Economies theory, which has so destroyed the monitory value of all western nations. His ideas were implemented at a meeting held in NH almost 50 years later it is the primary reason for worldwide inflation. In 1922 the author of an article in Foreign Affairs the flagship quarterly publication of the CFR states: "Obviously there in going to be no peace or prosperity for mankind as long as the earth is divided into 50 or 60 independent states until some kind of international system is created..." The UN was the final result of this; it had been House's idea from the start but the first attempt the League of Nations failed miserably because the American congress refused to support it. In 1928 H. G. Wells a member of the Fabians (4) wrote a book called The Open Conspiracy (Blue Print for World Revolution). In this book he writes that simply because many people support the same cause it does not constitute a conspiracy, that however an open conspiracy (not secret) can still exist. Other members of this society included George Orwell, H. G. Wells, Beatrice Webb and her husband Oscar Wilde and Cecil Rhodes, who went on the fund an entire cabal of secret and semi-secret organizations through various wills and trusts. In this book Wells says in part: "The political world of the open conspiracy must weaken, efface, incorporate and suspend the existing governments. The open conspiracy is the natural inheritor of socialist and communist enthusiasm; it may be in control of Moscow before it is in control of New York..." In 1931 the well known author Arnold Toyee in a speech given at the Institute for the Study of International affairs in Copenhagen Denmark said: "We are presently working discreetly with all our might to wrest this mysterious force called sovereignty out of the clutches of the local nation states of the world. All the time we are denying with our lips what we are doing with our hands". In 1932 the then sitting chairman of CPUSA (the Communist Party of USA) William Z. Foster said: "A national Department of Education is a means to be used to develop a new socialist society in the United States". Jimmy the Twit Carter created the U.S. Department of Education during his presidency. F. S. Martin in his book The New World Order states: "Nationality must rank below the claims of mankind as a whole". In other words; group rights before individual rights, and international rights before national interests. Is that not exactly the policy of our Department of State? In 1933 president Franklin D. Roosevelt wrote a letter to Col. Edward Mandell House the alter ego of president Wilson and assumed to have been the manager of the Wilson administration, and the inventor of the League of Nations, in it he said: "The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that financial elements in the larger centers [NYC] has owned the Government ever since the days of the Andrew Jackson administration..." Jackson a true American Hero fought the banking interests and won but Wilson undid all of that during his administration. The first Humanist Manifesto co authored by John Dewey (6) and C.F. Potter called for; "A socialized and cooperative economic order" "Education is thus a most powerful ally of humanism (the process is called Secular Humanism in this century, and has been given the status of a religion by the Supreme Court) and every public school (in America) is a school of humanism. What can the theist Sunday schools, meeting for one hour once a week, teaching only a fraction of the children, do to stem the tide of a five-day program of secular (humanism) teaching?" H.G. Wells (Fabian Socialist) published his tomb The Shape of Things to Come predicted a world war by 1940 at the conclusion of which in 1945 there would exist international chaos culmination in a second war in 1980 that would result in a world government. In 1939 John Foster Dulles who was to become the U.S. Secretary of State in a later administration and who with his brother had been instrumental in the OSS that was disbanded by Truman because it was almost half staffed by communists said: "America should lead the transition to a new order (New World Order but since Hitler, Mussolini, Franco, Salazar, and Peron had used N.W.O. he changed it to N.O.) of less independent states comprised of "socialist democracies (an oxymoron) and then declared Nationalism and Individualism is the world's disease". In 1940 The Carnegie Endowment for Peace certainly one of the most virulent socialist left foundation in America published The New World Order that contains exhaustive plans to separate America into ten administrative units. This issue was later taken up by the UN and may also be found in State Department documents. In 1942 the ultra left Institute of Pacific Relations published Post War Worlds by P. E. Corbett in which he said: "World government is the ultimate aim...It must be recognized that the law of nations take precedence over national law". In other words individual rights and freedoms are to be subservient to world government law. Or "Group Rights". In 1945 then sitting president Truman said: "It will be just as easy for nations to get along in a republic of the world as it is for us to get along in a republic of the United States". Ha! Senator Glen Taylor (D. ID) introduces Senate Resolution 183 Calling upon the U. S. Senate to go on record as favoring creation of a world republic including an international police force. He should have read his oath of office first. In 1946 Soon to be convicted Soviet spy Alger Hiss is elected president of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. He had already written the UN Charter. Joy Elmer Morgan the former editor of the NEA Journal (National Education Association) the largest labor union in America representing about 85% of all public school teachers Published The Teacher and World Government in which he said: "In the struggle to establish an adequate world government the teacher...can do much to prepare the hears and minds of children for global understanding and cooperation...". In 1948 B. F. Skinner a physiologist publishes Walden II. The theme of this publication is for the government to raise all children away from parental interference; this has been implemented in the last ten year through a process called Goals 2000 along with the introduction of OBE (Outcome Based Education), Head Start, No child Left Behind etc. The fact that American education is the major carrier of N.W.O. propaganda through the NEA is undeniable. Sir Harold Butler in the CFR's Foreign Affairs writes a lengthy article entitled A New World Order Taking Shape. A preliminary draft of the World Constitution is published by U.S. educators (NEA) in which they advocate a nation based on regional federal district (10) managed by an administrator in each district. This is essentially what has taken place in Europe in the EU. Direct elections, Direct Democracy are both replaced by citizens voting for a political party, which in turn appoints a representative to an international meeting who then appoints an administrator for the region. In 1950 Senate Resolution 66 is past, it was introduced by Glen Taylor (D. ID) Alexander Wiley (R, WI) it says in its preamble: "Whereas, in order to achieve universal peace and justice, the present charter of the UN should be changed to provide a true world government". The question is did any of the morons who voted for this ever read the constitution or their oath of office. In testimony before the senate foreign relations committee James P Warburg the son of Daddy Warbucks said: "We shall have a world government, whether or not we like it. The question is only whether world government will be achieved by consent or by conquest". Warburg may be assumed to be the mouthpiece of the Rothschild Empire. At this point in time it appears that it will be by conquest. 1954 Prince Bernard and cohorts establish the Bilderbergers at Hotel de Bilderberg in Holland. By 2000 they are the most powerful political entity worldwide, with memberships from every nation in the world. The sitting president of the Ford foundation H. Rowan Gaither in testimony before the Reese commission (7) made the following statement: "The substance of them (grant making powers) is that we shall use our grant-making powers so as to alter our life in the United States that we can comfortably be merged with the Soviet Union." Senator William Jenner said: "Today the path to total dictatorship in the Unite States can be laid by strictly legal means, unseen and unheard by congress, the president, or the people. Outwardly we have a constitution. We have operating within our government and political system, another body representing a form of government; a bureaucratic elite (CFR, TC, Bilderbergers, Bones), which believes our constitution, is outmoded and is sure that they are on the winning side..." And not mentioned is the at least passive support of the mainstream media. In 1959 CFR issues Study # 7 A New International Order which in part says: "A new international order must be responsive to the worlds aspirations for peace, for social and economic change... including states labeling themselves as socialist or communist." The Mid-century Challenge to U, S. Foreign Policy is published it was paid for by the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. It states: "We cannot escape, and indeed should welcome...the task which history has imposed on us. This is the task of helping to shape a new world order in all its dimensions, spiritual, economic, political, and social". The outcome of this policy has been American military intervention around the world with scores of active wars in 2004 (Columbia Panama, The Philippines, Iraq, and Afghanistan) 1960 Senate joint resolution 170 is singed by then sitting president Eisenhower. The resolution is entitled The Goal is Government of all the World. 1961 The U. S. Department of State issues a plan to disarm all nations and to arm the UN (State Department Doc # 7277) it is titled Freedom form War: The U.S. Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World. That's what happens when you have a bunch of academics communists and sop brained liberals in charge of an agency. 1962 Nelson Rockefeller past governor of NY and member of the CFR steering committee publishes his essay The Future of Federalism in it he calls for a New World Order stating that the old order (Constitutional Republic) is crumbling and must be replace by; "a new and free order (that is) struggling to be born". Unfortunately this new order is a totalitarian dictatorship of plutocrats. Nelson by the way died of a heart attack in a barber's chair during a sex encounter with two prostitutes. 1963 J. William Fulbright who is chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and a member of the CFR at a symposium sponsored by the Fund for the Republic a leftist outgrowth funded by the Ford Foundation states in his address: " ...within two decades the institutional framework for a world economic community will be in place". He missed by 10 years NAFTA was illegally (8) enacted by Clinton in 1993. then W. Bush enacted CAFTA in 2006. FTAA (The Free Trade Area of the Americas) is the continuation of this and is planned as the primary opponent of the EU. The highway is a working plan in which major seaports are under construction in Mexico including a road system to bring Chinese imports to North America. In 1966 Professor Carroll Quigley (Georgetown) who was the mentor of later elected president Bill Clinton, and recommended him for a Rhodes scholarship, in his 1348 page book Tragedy and Hope (5) says: "Our aim is nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands to dominate the political system of each country, and the world economy as a whole. Freedom and choice will be controlled within very narrow alternatives..." In the 1960s' then sitting president of the CFR John McCloy said: "We have been doing this since before the 1940s'."(CREATING WORLD GOVERNMENT) 1967 Richard Nixon in an article in Foreign Affairs (CFR) calls for a "New World Order" 1968 Nelson Rockefeller as Republican candidate for president in the primary pledges that as president "I will work toward international creation of a new world order". 1972 Richard Nixon (CFR) in communist China gives a toast to Chinese Premier Chou En-lai in the toast he said: "we hope that each of us has to build a new world order". Roy M. Sash director of the Office of Management and Budget states that: "Within two decades the institutional framework for a world economic community will be in place. Aspects of individual sovereignty will be given over to a super national authority". NAFTA was enacted in 1993 one-year late, while the European Coal Union became the EC, which became the EU. Then in 2006 CAFTA was enacted and FTAA looms on the horizon. 1973 The trilateral Commission is started at the Rockefeller Estate in Westchester county NY all founding members are CFR members. The TC is the brainchild of Zbigniew Brzezinski who first suggested it to Rockefeller who was at that time president of the CFR. The organization grows to just over 300 members in short order members come from America Europe and the Pacific Rim nations. The organizational goal is world government. The Humanist Manifesto is published it states that its signatures are atheists who believe in one world government that is secular government on a world wide scale is what they desire. 1974 Richard Gardner a former U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State and member of the TC, CFR, Bilderbergers has an essay published in Foreign Affairs in which he states: "...the house of world order will have to be built from the bottom up rather than from the top down... but an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than a frontal assault". What he meant was by illegal EO's, judicial activism, and the merging of the various government agencies in violation of the separation of powers issue. The largest of these amalgamations was The Homeland Security Department as implemented by G. W. Bush in 2005. The UN issues a report calling for world wealth re-distribution. This resulted in drastic reductions in over-all deposable incomes in the entire Western World along with growing unemployment. Policies particularly "Free Trade" is the prime instrument used. 1975 in a joint resolution singed by 32 senators and 92 representatives they issue "A declaration of Independence" It was written by a leftist historian Henry Steele Commager it states: "we must join with others to bring forth a new order...Narrow notions of national sovereignty must not be permitted to curtail our obligation". 1976 The Club of Rome located in Paris France and consisting of about two megalomaniacs ea. From 100 nations, who has made over 100 catastrophic false predictions issues a paper in Rio at the Earth summit for a new international order in which they want a redistribution of the worlds wealth. From those who work to those who loaf. 1977 Harlan Cleveland of the Aspen Institute for Humanistic Studies (the same outfit who gets all those lucrative government contracts) issues a paper sponsored by the Aspen Institute, which demands: "Changing American attitudes and instruction (Education) [for] total disarmament and placing all American troops under UN command and for individual entitlement to food, heal-care, and education all free of charge." Where the money is to come from he does not say. In 1979 Senator Barry Goldwater a retiring (R) and past presidential candidate publishes his autobiography "With No Apologies" in which he says: "In my view The Trilateral Commission represents a skillful, coordinated effort to seize control and consolidate the four centers of power—Political, Monetary, Intellectual, and Ecclesiastical. All this is to be done in the interest of creating a more peaceful, more productive world community. What the Trilateralists truly intend is the creation of a worldwide economic power superior to the political governments of all the nation-states involved." Not one single socialist or communist centrally controlled economy has ever succeeded what Goldwater correctly identifies is the New World Orders dictatorship of everything and everyone. In 1980 Marilyn Freguson had her book The Aquarian Conspiracy published. In it she says: "The trust towards global government can be well-documented but at the end of the 20th century it does not look like a traditional conspiracy in the usual sense of a secret cabal of evil men meeting clandestinely behind closed doors. Rather it is a networking of likeminded individuals in high places achieving a common goal..." We see here that Ferguson lacked the courage to say what she believes, because she knew full well that if she said it her book would be blacklisted by all large publishing houses—I speak from experience here. In 1993 then president of the CFR Leslie Gelb was on a TV show with Charlie Rose where he said: "You have had me on before to talk about the New World Order. I talk about it all the time. The Council (CFR) can find, nurture, and begin to put people in the kinds of jobs this country needs. And that's going to be one of the major enterprises of the Council under me". Note; the use of Council instead of the organization name Council would indicate that they are empowered on behalf of the American electorate. 1985 Norman Cousins hon. Chair of Planetary Citizens for the world we Chose and president of the World Federalist Association that is concerted to The World Association for World Federation All of which are accredited UN - NGO's (9) made the following statement: "World government is coming, in fact it is inevitable. No arguments for or against it can change that fact". Over my dead body! In 1988 Michael Gorbachev past dictator of the Soviet Union, more recently president of International Green Cross, and scores of environmentalist organizations most of whose directors are debunked KGB and GRU agents in an address to the UN General Assembly stated: "World progress is only possible through a search for universal human consensus as we move forward to a New World Order". In 1990 sitting president Bush (Sr.) addressed congress. The title of his speech is Toward a New World Order. In it he says in part: "The crisis in the Persian Gulf offers a rare opportunity to move toward a historic period of cooperation. Out of these troubled times...a new world order can emerge in which nations of the world. East and west, north and south, can prosper and live in harmony.... today this new struggle is born..." The now debunked dictator and at that time Soviet Foreign Minister Eduard Shevardnadze describes the invasion of Kuwait as: "An act of terrorism [having] been perpetrated against the emerging New World Order". President Bush again addresses the UN general assembly and says: "...the collective strength of the world community expressed by the UN [is] a historic movement towards a new world order... a new partnership of nations...a time when humankind came into its own...to bring about a revolution of the spirit and the mind and begin a journey into a new age". In 1991 Bush in his state of the union message says: "What is at sake is more than a small country, it's a big idea-a new world order-to achieve the universal aspirations of mankind (more correctly illusionists ideas) based on the principles and rule of law..The illumination of a thousand point of light...the winds of change are with us now". (The thousand points of light refers to the thousand Illuminists who will run the world) Bush addressing the Economics Club of NY: "My vision of a new world order foresees a UN with a revitalized peacekeeping function". (Making our nations military subservient to the UN.) David Rockefeller is a speech to the assembled membership of the Bilderbergers at a meeting held at the famous German gamboling resort of Baden Baden said: "we are great full to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respect their promise of discursion [If that's not a conspiracy what is it?] for almost 40 years. [He means also to news pertaining to the CFR and TC) It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world [New World Order] if we had been subject to the lights of publicity during those years. But the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational [World Wide] sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-decimation practiced in past centuries." Missing is any mention of all the great constitutional republics who for the most part lived in peace. Stanfield Turenr (Like Clinton a Rhodes scholar) CFR member and former CIA Director when queried on the Iraq war stated: "We have a much bigger objective. We've got to look at the long run here. This is an example---the situation between the United Nations and Iraq-where the UN is deliberately intruding into the sovereignty of a sovereign nation-Now this marvelous precedent may be used in all countries of the world". Consider here that every nation attacked by UN or US mandate was opposed to free trade. David Funderbunk the American ambassador to Romania resigns because the State Department demands that he maintain cordial relations with the Nicolea Ceausecu communist dictators government. The people of Romania subsequently rise up and lynch Ceausecu and his entire family. In a speech delivered in SC he said: "George Bush has surrounded himself with people who believe in one world government. They believe that the Soviet system and the American system are converging. The vehicle that brings this about is the UN, the majority of whose members are socialist atheist and anti-American." In 1992 the chairman of (former) Now Citybank Walter Wriston a CFR member has his book The Twilight of Sovereignty published in it he says: A truly global economy will require...compromises of national sovereignty...there is no escaping the 'System'" Maurice Strong (Canada) as conference General Secretary convenes the UN Rio de Janeiro meeting called the UN Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) and institutes Agenda 21. This treaty not ratified by the US voted down by the US Senate is a formula for de-industrializing all Western nations, but especially America. At the close of the meeting US VP (Ozone) Al Gore directs a prayer meeting to the earth goddess Gaia. In 1993 Strobe Talbott (Rhodes scholar) TC. CFR. And Bilderbergers member and undersecretary of the UN is given the Norman Cousins Governance Award for "what he has done for global governance" The article he wrote is entitled, The Birth of the Global Nation. UN Secretary General Butros Butros Ghali addresses the CFR in their publication Foreign Affairs with an article called, empowering the UN. In it he states: "It is undeniable that the centuries-old doctrine of absolute and exclusive sovereignty no longer stands...". Believe it or not the runner up for the award was, Michael Gorbachev. CFR and TC and Bilderbergers member Heinrich Kissinger (the man who can't learn to speak English) corresponding with the LA Times writes about NAFTA: "What congress will have before it is not a conventional trade agreement but the architecture of a new international system...a firs step toward a New World Order". The NAFTA agreement is illegal it was past by an EO (10) a constitutional violation, it furthermore was never ratified by the states. What Heinrich was referring to is that NAFTA which by the way was never read by any member of congress is two books 11" x 9" one is 1" thick the other is 1 1/4 " thick pages are not sequentially numbered and the documents were not available from the government printing office until five moths after a congressional vote was taken in a lame duck congress. Richard Harwood the Washington Post ombudsman writes is an Op-Ed article: "Their (referring to the CFR& TC) membership is an acknowledgment of their ascension into the American ruling class they not merely analyze and interpret foreign policy for the United States; they help make it". In 1994 Foreign Affairs publishes and article by CFR member and Senior Fellow entitled Wise Men in it he says the following referring to fellow CFR members Paul Nitze, Dean Acheson, George Kennan and John McCloy: (This is an exercise in how to advance in the CFR self adulation being a prime consideration for it.) "They ascended to power during the second WW. This was as it should be. ...How was this small band of Atlantic minded internationalists able to triumph? Eastern (American) internationalists were able to staff the burgeoning foreign policy institutions...As long as the cold war endured and nuclear Armageddon seemed only a missile away, the public was willing to tolerate such a undemocratic foreign policy making system". And now after the cold war they are so accustomed to it they don't even flinch when their rights the Constitution and Bill of Rights are trampled. (Patriot Act, Homeland Security, American communications Act, NAFTA, and so on. Gustave Speth is appointed by president Clinton as the administrator of a new initiative by the UN called Global Governance for the 21st Century. In it is the following sentences: "Mankind's problems can no longer be solved by national governments. What is needed is World Government. This can best be achieved by strengthening the UN system". 1995 The Gorbachev Foundation, in conjunction with Global Green Cross, and numerous others related foundations sponsored a meeting at the Presidio of San Francisco it was an army school, no rent was charged, Seating arrangements included charges up to $20,000. Per person. I never knew until this meeting that Gorbi was a capitalist. The meeting was chaired by Jim Garrison and included such luminaries as, Shirley McClain, Margaret Thatcher, Maurice Strong, George Bush Sr. Gorbi and other luminaries of Hollywood. They appointed what they called the Council of the Wise. These people are not shy. In the meeting it was decided to replace the New World Order with "Global Governance" 2006 The 7th annual Global Green USA And Green Cross International holds the Designing A Sustainable and Secure World Awards on Oct 16.
