In the week of Oct. 17th Michael Chertoff Homeland Security head the largest branch of the American government, promised to stop the infamous "catch and release" practice of the border patrol, and various other agencies under his jurisdiction, that is responsible for millions of illegal immigrants coming into our nation. It is inconceivable that any responsible agency of our government would have enacted such illegal and stupid policy to begin with. The guiding principle supported by Chertoff until now was that illegal immigrants when caught would be arrested given a court date on which to appear and then released. In most cases the court date was for at least 6 months after the arrest, more than enough time for the miscreant to pull up stakes and move to another county. On the other hand if our immigration courts work as slowly as one fraud and collection case I'm litigating it might well be years before it sees any action.
Homeland Security is the very same agency headed by the same dual national who informed the Department of Justice that HLS were unable to locate any of the 38,000 felon illegal immigrants that Justice wanted deported. Well what the hell, they can't locate any of the over 18 million illegal immigrants either. Perhaps Mr. Chertoff aught to attend one of those infamous illegal immigrant marches for amnesty and ask for green cards? Under previous administrations at least until Mr. Kennedy's notorious immigration law changes, caught illegals were immediately deported without due process. Why after all would you grant constitutional protection to someone who is not a citizen and has knowingly and with forethought violated our laws? An interesting side note to Chertoff's action is that a recent pole of Americans found that nine out of ten Americans disapproved of the governments handling of the illegal immigration problems. It would not be unfair to say almost everyone except Teddy Kennedy thinks our immigration policies to be stupid. All this makes us think of the last Bush crony Mr. Brown who departed as head of FEMA post haste after the New Orleans fiasco. Mr. Brown however proved to be the fall guy for a moronic police chief, and stupid mayor and a downright inept governor. Here there are no other players, Chertoff is head of an agency that is rife with mismanagement, and policies, which are downright offensive. Chertoff and only Chertoff is responsible for it all. Everyone accepts the fact that it is time for his departure; perhaps the president could at least replace him with an American citizen instead of a dual national. The fact of the matter is that this has reached national security status in that many of these illegals could well be terrorists. In fact most of the governments claimed hijackers of 9-11 supposedly came into the country illegally. There is little point to go over the fact that the entire government scenario relating to 9-11 can be shot so full of holes as to make it untenable. In fact the Kennedy assassination and the subsequent report comes to mind. Seems to me every time things go awry some bureaucrats are appointed by some other bureaucrats as a committee to report on the issue, I'm here to tell you that it's all a huge cop-out. The process continues and my guess will be that another such committee will be reporting on Iraq soon. Senator Cornyn has introduced legislation to bring illegal immigration to an abrupt end. It is called The Comprehensive Enforcement and Immigration Reform Act of 2005. (SB 1438). It is disgraceful that our legislative bodies must waste their time on legislation because some petty bureaucrat in the White House refuses to do his job. While I agree with the good Senator that something must be done to rectify the situation I disagree with his basic tenet. In my humble opinion someone should be preparing documentation to impeach Chertoff, Bush, and Cheney out of office and replace them with a red blooded Americans. It is Senator Kennedy (of Chappaquddick) we can thank for the horrific immigration problems we now have. In fact if I were asked who the potentially most dangerous people in our nation are to its long-term survival I would be forced to place Kennedy right at the top of that list, followed by Schumer, Clinton, Lantos, DeLauro and other left wing nuts that support these policies. As of this October 12 American are murdered every week by illegal immigrants, another 12 are killed by illegal's drunk driving while 9 children are raped by the same bunch of useless bums. In immigration as well as numerous issues we can easily trace the lineage of our national problems and see that most of them seem to emanate from the ultra left wing of the Democrat party. Visiting the progressive, and socialists and other organizations sites on the Internet to which all these people belong we quickly see what direction they are planning to head us in. In my book of 1997 The Satori and the New Mandarins (now out of print) I listed all the Democrat members of socialist organizations who were in congress there were if I recall 78 of them. I doubt that their constituents knew of that membership of their representatives in socialist organizations. Citizen's petitions to guard our borders have been presented to our elected leaders. There have been over half a million to date and still we sit here seeing Mr. Chertoff do nothing. Worse than that Geroge the Lesser called civilian participants in patrolling our borders vigilantes. Something we assume that Chertoff subscribes to that originated from Vincente Fox, being another Bush buddy. Nepotism reigns supreme in this administration. All you have to do is look at the latest proposal for the Supreme Court Justice to understand that. Then Homeland Security gives these illegal's citizen status by giving them our citizen's constitutional protection. Illegal immigrants are not protected by our constitution they are not citizens. Contrary logic would make us apply our constitutional rights to every member of the world community, which would be bizarre. When Bill Clinton was finally gone I was elated, after all no new president could possibly be worse. Well I admit it, I was wrong, Bush the Lesser is the worst president this nation has ever had in my lifetime, and I'm over 65. Clinton was a prince compared to Bush the Lesser. He is a power hungry despot whose diabolic plans, not public to date, are truly frightening. Furthermore his entire administration is staffed by a large number of incompetent fools, or brain washed cronies, who have made a shambles of the entire government. Chertoff is at the top of that list. |
