ISBN 1-56837-349-5 These people have no shame! Unlike the implication of Lustinger's name there is nothing Lustig (Ger. Funny) about this volume if historic distortion. The book due to errors, omission of information, distortion lies, geographic errors and so forth belongs along with Hillarie's tomb in the fiction section of the library or book store. Touted in the book is one NY Senator Abraham Kaplan, no such senator ever existed. There were two prominent Jewish senators but neither one of them was named Kaplan. In geography it would be wise for any author to at least consult a world atlas before venturing the opinion that the Crimea is located near the Baltic Sea., last time I looked you had to cross the Ukraine, Belarus, and either Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia to get to the Baltic from the Crimea. Then there's Franco the Fascist Spanish dictators agreement with the Politburo at a time when Franco was allied to Hitler and Mussolini. Now all this is not half as bad as assumptions and false Zionist propaganda which borders on the insane. The book claims that after the Russian revolution there were over 400 Yiddish periodicals in Russia, and that by 1938 there were none. I will not hesitate to point out that in 1935 The Soviet Central committee contained three non Jews all the remaining 53 were Jews, and that the three non-Jews were married to Jews. It would also be useful for the reader to learn that all the Commissars of the evil empire through the mid 1940's were Zionists. Other useful information would be that from 1917 through the early 1940 the party steering committee, which may be called a quasi-cabinet consisted of 24 members all of them being Zionists. The claim that Stalin was a rabid anti-Semite may well have been the case once he was in power, but Stalin was married to a Jew, and all his political associates and friends were Jews until 1938. What turned him so violently against the Zionists of the Soviet empire is not all that hard to understand. It is always wise to remember that from the day of the beginning of the Soviet revolution until its dissolution Zionists played a prominent role. It was the Bolshevik Zionists who persecuted Russian Orthodox Christians in the millions and destroyed over 900 Christian churches and monasteries. This book is not even skillful propaganda; it is yet another attempt to glorify Zionism and to claim victim-hood, most likely as a prelude to yet another effort to embezzle more funds on behalf of some Zionist organization.
