American Elections are fixed!

From a Confederation to a Constitutional Republic, to a Democracy and now in the 21st century to an Empire we have slid down the slope from freedom to a totalitarian state. Voting in this 21st century is a waste of time it serves no purpose save the legitimization before the world of the Empire. It has taken a scant 100 years for America to fall Rome took longer. Even as most understands this, it is more than apparent by voter turnout in the last 30 years.

While America invades nation after nation on nefarious grounds advertising that America is attempting to bring democracy to the world, the home front has become nothing but a sham of any consideration relating to freedom, justice, and liberty. Variously enacted laws of the last five years have striped our citizen's rights and liberties granted them under our Constitution and Bill of Rights. (1) Other laws enacted under the Bush (the lesser) administration have created a federal police state agency with over 180,000-armed federal employees, all placed under the leadership of an individual whose allegiance may well be suspect. (2)

The issue on an international scale has little to do with freedom, democracy, justice and voting or anything but "Free Trade". It is the free trade Trojan horse that is responsible for American national as well as international policies. The multi-national corporations need expanding markets and as a result anyone who will not buckle under the Trojan horse will be bombed or invaded, all for corporate profit. I give you Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Panama and so forth. Soon Syria and Iran will follow.

The Election charade begins with the Presidential Debate Commission, which is staffed by three members of the Republican and three members of the Democrat parties. In the 2004 presidential run up they concluded a 32-page contract prior to the debates (3) restricting access to the debates to only Republocrats. In view of the fact that the Libertarians had attained, with considerable difficulty, ballot access in 48 states and the Green party in 27 states one can only be astounded. The fact that 7 parties were in the running, all of which had achieved ballot access in over half the states, for the office was not reported by one major media source in the nation. This verifies with absolute certainty that the mainstream media is in collusion with the Empire. The commission, which is a private enterprise, is funded by the contributions of numerous multi-national corporations. These corporations fund the commission for the sole purpose of gaining access to the candidates, they not only do not want third party candidates they oppose them at every turn. The reason is very simple they do not want the additional expense of paying off a third party; the Republocrats already cost them millions.

At the St. Louis debate both the Libertarian as well as the Green candidate were arrested when they attempted to gain access to the forum of debate, that was being held in a tax-payer supported venue'. Both candidates were handcuffed and held by the St. Louis police department until the debate was over whereupon they were released. They were never charged with anything. These arrests were not reported in any mainstream media source, further evidence of media collusion.

In the Arizona debate the Libertarian party made clear that 17,000 registered Libertarians of the State of Arizona were being disenfranchised by these closed debates. Brining the matter before the court in Arizona the Libertarian's argued that the University of Arizona, where the debate was to be held, was tax-payer funded, and that there were 7 running candidates all of whom must by law be given access. Maricopa superior judge Pendleton Gains stated that they had waited to long to file their suite on October 1. He was fully aware that filing sooner was impossible because the Bush/Kohn (Kerry) duo did not agree on the debate date or location until September 20. Meanwhile the PDC did not announce who would be excluded until October the 6th. In fact the Libertarians filed the suite in anticipation of that decision. This was not reported either.

A conspiracy according to Blacks Law dictionary is: A combination or confederation between two or more persons formed for the purpose of committing by their joint efforts, some unlawful or criminal act...... It is very plain that the Republicans, the Democrats and the media comprise in this instance a conspiracy to prevent the American electorate from executing their constitutional rights in selecting their leaders. (4) The conspiracy is between the media the courts the Republicans and the Democrats certainly more than enough to qualify as a conspiracy.

Ballot access, the ability to run for public office, has by law in most states resulted draconian legislation for the sole purpose requiring dastardly regulations for verification of public support for listing on ballots. Some states require written proof of residency, notarization of signature, two picture ID's, including also town or county secretarial verification of the ballot request, all to be notarized. In view of the fact that voter lists in every district could be used to verify legality, an understanding of the apparatus of access denial can be clearly understood.

To further control elections they have created the Electoral College a convoluted means that allows major party organizations the ability to lock up any state in which they may have a plurality. Thus if you live in a predominantly Democrat state, say NY, and vote Republican your vote means absolutely nothing. The Electoral College is a number of representatives selected by the party apparatus (state legislative bodies) their number being determined by the population of the state. This again is for the purpose of eliminating the possibility of any third party candidate's successful challenge of the "System". With the exception of Maine and Nebraska the Electoral College of the various states is a winner take all proposition, absolutely eliminating third party access.

While in the 2004 presidential election people had no real choice because both candidates essentially espoused the exactly same policies, both being members of The Order, people think that they actually have a choice when it comes to the House of Representatives. Unfortunately that is not the case. The "Peoples House" elections are for the most part uncontested elections. In the 2002 House election per example only four incumbents lost their seat. Fewer than ten percent of the 435 seats produced even any strong opposition. Of all those running 338 won by a margin exceeding 60% of the vote. Only two of that number was non- "System" politicians, Bernie Sanders of VT a Socialist running as an independent, and Dr. Ron Powel a Libertarian running as a Republican. One way the "System" insures their control is by postal privileges, free printing, and free mailing for incumbents. In fact the "System" so stacks the deck in favor of the incumbent that most will not waste their time to unseat him. Now in 2004 they changed the campaign fiancˇ law in violation of the 1st amendment, which prohibits independents from listing the acts and actions of the incumbent, except by the media, and we already know whose pocket they are in.

To further dorsal any and all dissident voices they during the Clinton administration enacted the American Communications Act. This evil legislation allowed the large media conglomerates to buy out independent radio stations all over the country. This eliminated local content, and placed over 800 radio stations in the hands of the media elites.

Just to ensure their perpetual place on the troth of public benefits members of the House by law have the right to adjust their congressional districts every ten years and in every state. The process called "Gerrymandering" involves convoluted congressional districts that can be changed every ten years by the majority party. Some of these like the 39th on California and the 13th in Pennsylvania are true monstrosities to behold. The term stems from a Massachusetts governor (who else) Eldridge Gerry who redrew a MA congressional district so that it looked like a Salamander he was re-elected.

Among democratic nations America has one of the lowest turnouts for elections. Small wonder. Since 1960 voter turnout has declined every year.

New electronic voting procedures instituted in many states lack transparency and do not produce any certifiable paper trail. Numerous independent testing and research institutes have proven beyond any doubt that these machines can not only be fixed beforehand but that the vote can be altered at any point. The fact that there has been massive public opposition to this system remains a hidden secret; it is certainly not an issue with the media.

Last week a friend in Unity NH told me that my mother was still on the registered voters list in NH. She past away over three years ago. I am also aware that she never registered to vote in, or voted in NH. This begs the questions, who registered her? Who voted in her name? What party was she registered to? What other people in the Sullivan County Home were registered? Who voted for them? How many dead people are on the registered voters list?

So we impose our failed system on the rest of the world, or at least we try to. In Afghanistan our puppet is Hamid Karzai, who has little support with the people, and was a former employee of Unocal. He is locally called the mayor of Kabul. Under his tutelage Afghanistan who under the Taliban had eliminated heroin production, has again achieved the status of world number one producer of heroin. To my knowledge that is his only achievement.

In Palestine Mahmoud Abbas another assumed CIA asset who is very popular with British, American and Israeli governments also lacks popular support while the real Palestinian leader Marwan Barghouti languishes in an Israeli jail cell.

In Iraq the American puppet another CIA asset Lyad Allawi has lost big time in the Iraqi election that could due to international observers not be fixed beforehand. He was affiliated with British intelligence in the 80's and the CIA since 1991. He is the co-founder of the Iraqi National Accord. Meanwhile Abdul Hussein al-Hindawi the American appointed election commissioner stated frankly that ballots were not available in most Sunni arias in many provinces. (Ballot access in severe form)
